First go to the Employees Menu, filter, and select a specific employee.
Click the action button "view" and you will proceed to the employee's profile.
In the employee's profile, click the Employee Separation button link. We can select the specific type of separation and fill out the fields. Upon saving it will take effect the employee's separation details.
Please note that if the effectivity date is already past due and you want to update the employee's account, you should select "Yes" under Apply Changes field. Otherwise, the information will be saved as a normal record. This is not applicable to movements that will take effect in the future as the system will just update the account automatically when the effectivity date comes.
