You may file your leave application under the My Forms menu and these are the following default leave types:
1. Vacation Leave: For VLs, the allowed filing is work days. There are 2 VL types in the thread which are as follows:
- Emergency Leave: Used in case of emergency. Upon selecting this VL Type, you will need to select a Reason from the dropdown menu and this VL Type won't be tagged as Unscheduled Leave even though this has been filed within 5 days before the leave date. Also, this VL Type can be implemented per occurrence or per filing (i.e, You filed for a 5-day EL, but since this has been filed once, then you will only have one leave credit deduction.).
- Terminal Leave: Often used when an employee is rendering for resignation.
2. Sick Leave: Used when an employee has medical-related concerns that he/she needs to rest. The counting of SL is based on the calendar days.
3. LWOP (Leave Without Pay): May be used when you need to file for leave and there are no leave credits left or if the employee is not yet entitled to file a paid leave.
4. Other leave types: This is only granted per request. You may contact your HR Admin for further assistance.
