How do I setup an employee's loan?

The requirements to setup a loan for Employees are as follows:

1. Create a Loan paycode
2. The Loan Paycode should already be tagged to the Employee under Emp Setup menu
3. Once there's a tagged Loan Paycode to the employee, the setup can now be updated in the Loans Setup Menu per Employee.
